My recovery taught me what most instructors never get to learn what it actually feels like when your nervous system won't let your body move the way it should.
Eniola was already practicing Pilates when her brain injury happened. Recovery didn't come from pushing harder. It came from breath, from patience, and from understanding why her body was guarding.
That's the understanding behind every session here. When pain has been around long enough, your body stops trusting movement. The work isn't just about strengthening. It's about teaching your system that it's safe to move again.
That's what makes this different from a general fitness class, and why clients who've already done physio find it useful when they feel like they've hit a ceiling.

"After class I had the best run of my life."
Kim, Physiotherapist & client, Still Physio
"After a class my tight hips feel so open and more importantly I learn something about how my body moves."
Aminat, Movement with Eni client
Do I need Pilates experience?
No. Most clients come with no Pilates background. The movement assessment means I know exactly where to begin.
I've already done physio. Is this different?
Yes. Physio treats the injury. This builds the strength and movement patterns that keep it from coming back — at a pace your nervous system can absorb.
Why weekends only?
Still Physio makes the space available on weekends. It keeps the practice small and intentional.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in. Grip socks if you have them (not required). Everything else is provided.
Can I use my extended health benefits?
Sessions aren't directly billable, but some extended health plans cover wellness practitioners. Worth checking with your provider.
